Your network is personal. The rules around it should be clear.
This Privacy Policy explains how TechStack Consulting, LLC, doing business through RelationshipsIQ, collects, accesses, uses, stores, discloses and deletes information when you visit relationshipsiq.io, use RelationshipsIQ, contact support, upload professional-history data or connect supported services.
1. Who operates RelationshipsIQ
RelationshipsIQ is operated by TechStack Consulting, LLC, an Austin, Texas company. In this Policy, “RelationshipsIQ,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to TechStack Consulting, LLC and the RelationshipsIQ services it operates.
2. Information we may process
Account, contact and support information
We may process your name, email address, organization, account identifiers, settings, plan or access status, support requests, feedback and communications with us.
Professional network and relationship information you provide
You may provide LinkedIn exports, CSV or contact files, professional-history data, notes, goals, workspaces, relationship corrections, watchlists and other information you intentionally add. Depending on the source, this may include names, employers, titles, dates, professional history, recommendations, endorsements, invitations, interaction metadata and other professional context.
Connected-account information
If you connect Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, GoHighLevel or another supported service, we may access the categories of information permitted by the scopes you approve. Depending on the feature, this may include contacts, email or message metadata, calendar information, companies, opportunities, activities, conversations, workflows or related CRM records.
OAuth credentials and connection metadata
We may store access tokens, refresh tokens, provider account identifiers or equivalent credentials needed to maintain a connection you authorized. We treat those credentials as sensitive and use them only to provide the connected functionality.
Derived relationship intelligence
RelationshipsIQ may derive relationship-strength indicators, recency and dormancy signals, goal relevance, opportunity classifications, relationship weather, organizational coverage, Network Runway, Relationship Capital, Reciprocity, Opportunity Rooms, predictive indicators, change detection, network-dispersion observations, reachability, advocacy signals, authority alignment and recommended next actions.
Technical information
Our website, hosting environment and application infrastructure may receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, request logs, error logs, authentication events, security events and similar diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the Service.
3. LinkedIn exports and professional-history imports
RelationshipsIQ supports a workflow where you obtain your own LinkedIn data export or connection export and provide that file to the product. We do not need your LinkedIn password for this workflow, and the core product does not depend on scraping LinkedIn pages.
The supported LinkedIn parser is designed to minimize data use. It may exclude unrelated sensitive categories from the relationship graph and, where supported, discard private message-body text while retaining limited metadata such as participants, direction, timing or conversation structure that can contribute to relationship analysis.
Your imported network may contain information about other people. You are responsible for using and providing that information lawfully and for using RelationshipsIQ in a manner consistent with applicable law, contractual obligations and the rights of those people.
4. OAuth and connected services
RelationshipsIQ may offer integrations that use OAuth or another provider-approved authorization method. We intend to request the minimum permissions reasonably necessary for the feature you choose rather than broad access by default. The provider’s consent screen may identify the exact permissions requested before you authorize the connection.
Google, Gmail and Google Workspace
If you connect a Google account, RelationshipsIQ may request access to supported Google services such as Contacts, Gmail, Calendar or other Workspace data, depending on the feature. We use that data only for the user-facing feature you authorize and subject to Google’s applicable API and OAuth requirements.
Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365
If you connect Microsoft services, RelationshipsIQ may use Microsoft OAuth and Microsoft Graph to access the specific mail, contacts, calendar or related resources required by the feature you enable. We intend to use least-privileged delegated permissions where practical rather than broader application-wide access.
HubSpot, GoHighLevel and other CRMs
If you connect HubSpot, GoHighLevel or another CRM, RelationshipsIQ may access the records permitted by the scopes you approve, such as contacts, companies, opportunities, activities, calendars, conversations or workflows. If a connected feature can create, update, send or trigger an action, that capability should be disclosed in the authorization or product interface and remain subject to the permissions granted.
Disconnecting a service
You may revoke access through the connected provider and, where available, through RelationshipsIQ settings. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete information already lawfully derived or stored in RelationshipsIQ; use the deletion controls or contact support if you also want that information removed.
5. Google API Services and Limited Use
For Google Workspace API data, we limit use to providing or improving user-facing features that you knowingly enable. We do not sell Google Workspace API data, transfer it to data brokers, use it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, use it to determine creditworthiness, or use it to create, train or improve a generalized AI or machine-learning model.
Human access to Google Workspace API data is not part of normal product operation. It may occur only where permitted by applicable Google policy, such as with your explicit authorization for a specific support purpose, for security and abuse investigation, or when required by law.
6. Google Search Console and website measurement
We may use Google Search Console to verify ownership of relationshipsiq.io and review aggregated search-performance information about the website. A Search Console verification meta tag is an ownership-verification mechanism. It is not used by RelationshipsIQ to access your LinkedIn, Gmail, Outlook, CRM or private relationship data.
RelationshipsIQ may use cookies, browser storage or similar technologies necessary for sessions, security, preferences or requested features. If we later add material analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, we will update the applicable disclosures and consent controls where required.
7. How we use information
We may use information to:
- provide, operate, personalize and secure RelationshipsIQ;
- reconstruct and analyze the professional relationships and goals you ask the Service to evaluate;
- generate explainable rankings, opportunities, network observations and recommended actions;
- identify changes, relationship risk, organizational coverage and network gaps;
- maintain account settings, user corrections, lists, workspaces and requested integrations;
- perform user-approved connected actions or workflows;
- respond to support requests and communicate about the Service;
- detect abuse, investigate security issues, debug failures and maintain service integrity;
- improve product performance and usability using information we are permitted to use for that purpose; and
- comply with law, enforce agreements and protect rights and safety.
RelationshipsIQ is designed to distinguish source evidence, inference and user-verified corrections. Derived recommendations are decision-support outputs, not verified facts about another person’s private intentions or future behavior.
8. AI and model use
RelationshipsIQ may use deterministic analytics, local models, hosted models or other AI systems depending on the feature and configuration. The product is designed so a capability can use the minimum information needed rather than treating an entire professional archive as a universal AI payload.
Where a hosted AI capability requires information to leave the local environment, the Service should disclose that boundary in context. Private network data is not training material by default, and Google Workspace API data is not used to train generalized AI models.
9. When information may be disclosed
We do not publish your private network. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary in the following categories:
- Infrastructure, security and support providers that host, protect, monitor or support the Service;
- Connected services you choose, such as Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, GoHighLevel or another CRM, when information must move between systems to perform the feature you authorized;
- AI or processing providers when an enabled feature requires hosted processing and the applicable disclosure permits it;
- Professional advisers such as attorneys, auditors or accountants under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- Authorities or legal recipients when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and security; and
- A successor organization in a merger, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Connecting a service does not transfer ownership of your data to RelationshipsIQ.
10. No sale of private network or connected-account data
RelationshipsIQ does not sell personal information, professional-network data, Google Workspace API data or CRM data to data brokers or information resellers. We do not use connected-account data for targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, creditworthiness determinations or lending decisions.
11. Retention, disconnection and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, the feature you enabled, legitimate security and operational needs, contractual obligations or applicable law.
- Raw imports: where a workflow processes an archive or file locally, the raw file does not need to become a permanent hosted product database. If a hosted workflow requires transfer, retention should be limited to what that workflow requires unless you deliberately choose persistent storage.
- Derived relationship data: may remain associated with your account until you delete it, reset the relationship database or close the account, subject to limited backup, security or legal retention.
- OAuth tokens: are retained only while needed to maintain an authorized connection and may also be invalidated by the provider when access is revoked.
- Logs and support records: may be retained for a reasonable period for security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
You may use available in-product deletion controls or contact support@relationshipsiq.io for deletion or disconnection assistance. Deleting RelationshipsIQ data does not delete the original information held by LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, GoHighLevel or another external provider.
12. Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. These may include access controls, encryption in transit, credential protection, data minimization, scoped authorization, logging and security review. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
13. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to confirm processing, access personal data, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, delete data, opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination or retaliation.
Submit a request to support@relationshipsiq.io with the subject line Privacy Request. We may need to verify identity or authority before completing a request. If applicable law provides an appeal right, use the same email address with the subject line Privacy Appeal.
RelationshipsIQ does not currently sell private network data or use connected-account data for targeted advertising, but this rights process is available so users can exercise applicable rights consistently.
14. California, Texas and other U.S. state privacy disclosures
If a state privacy law applies to our processing, we will honor the rights and disclosures required by that law. Categories of information we may process are described in Section 2; purposes are described in Section 7; categories of recipients are described in Section 9; and request and appeal methods are described in Section 13.
California law may provide rights to know, access, delete, correct and, where applicable, opt out of sale or sharing and limit certain uses of sensitive information. Texas law may provide rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, obtain portable data, opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale or qualifying profiling, and appeal certain decisions. These rights apply only where the relevant law covers the processing and the requesting individual.
15. Children
RelationshipsIQ is a professional relationship-intelligence service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly offer accounts to individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, contact support@relationshipsiq.io.
16. International use
TechStack Consulting, LLC operates from the United States. If you use RelationshipsIQ from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.
17. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as the product, integrations, laws or data practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. If a change materially expands how connected-account data is used, we will provide additional notice or consent where required before applying that new use.
